Although I had not found a solution for a relatively equal distribution of scenarios. Again in the last few days, I have been searching for a function that would allow for the distrbution of relatively equal scenarios. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a suitable code to manage this. Consequently, we will have to rely on the random distribution of scenarios to participants, as currently defined in the questionnaire.

Therfore , based on your opinion in  the  last meeting , One possible approach could be to initially distribute the questionnaires to 300 respondents. Afterwards, we can identify the scenarios that have been answered less frequently and send those specific scenarios to additional respondents in order to balance the distribution.
