'((System.RuntimeType)handlerType).DeclaringMethod' threw an exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException' var handlerType = typeof(IRequestHandler<,>)
    .MakeGenericType(request.GetType(), typeof(TResponse));
ASSISTANT
Lỗi:

```plaintext
'((System.RuntimeType)handlerType).DeclaringMethod' threw an exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException'
```

xuất hiện khi bạn gọi:

```csharp
var handlerType = typeof(IRequestHandler<,>)
    .MakeGenericType(request.GetType(), typeof(TResponse));
```

```csharp
var requestType = request.GetType();
// Tìm interface IRequest<TResponse> trong các interface implement của request
var iRequestInterface = requestType.GetInterfaces()
    .FirstOrDefault(i => i.IsGenericType && i.GetGenericTypeDefinition() == typeof(IRequest<>));
if (iRequestInterface == null)
{
    throw new InvalidOperationException($"The request type {requestType.FullName} does not implement IRequest<>");
}
var genericArgumentRequestType = requestType;  // thường vẫn là kiểu này dùng trong handler
var genericArgumentResponseType = iRequestInterface.GetGenericArguments()[0];
// Kiểm tra kiểu response có khớp với TResponse
if (genericArgumentResponseType != typeof(TResponse))
{
    throw new InvalidOperationException($"Response type parameter mismatch, request implements IRequest<{genericArgumentResponseType.Name}> but mediator expects {typeof(TResponse).Name}");
}
var handlerType = typeof(IRequestHandler<,>)
    .MakeGenericType(genericArgumentRequestType, genericArgumentResponseType);
```

---

## Mã hoàn chỉnh ví dụ cho `CustomMediator.Send<TResponse>`:

```csharp
public async Task<TResponse> Send<TResponse>(IRequest<TResponse> request, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default)
{
    if (request == null) throw new ArgumentNullException(nameof(request));
    var requestType = request.GetType();
    // Lấy interface IRequest<TResponse>
    var iRequestInterface = requestType.GetInterfaces()
        .FirstOrDefault(i => i.IsGenericType && i.GetGenericTypeDefinition() == typeof(IRequest<>));
    if (iRequestInterface == null)
    {
        throw new InvalidOperationException($"Request type {requestType.FullName} does not implement IRequest<> interface.");
    }
    var responseType = iRequestInterface.GetGenericArguments()[0];
    if (responseType != typeof(TResponse))
    {
        throw new InvalidOperationException($"Response type mismatch: Request implements IRequest<{responseType}>, but Send expects {typeof(TResponse)}.");
    }
    var handlerType = typeof(IRequestHandler<,>).MakeGenericType(requestType, responseType);
    dynamic handler = _serviceProvider.GetService(handlerType);
    if (handler == null)
    {
        throw new InvalidOperationException($"Handler for '{handlerType.Name}' is not registered.");
    }
    // Gọi Handle với CancellationToken nếu có
    var methodInfo = handlerType.GetMethod("Handle", new[] { requestType, typeof(CancellationToken) });
    if (methodInfo != null)
    {
        return await (Task<TResponse>)methodInfo.Invoke(handler, new object[] { request, cancellationToken });
    }
    else
    {
        return await handler.Handle((dynamic)request);
    }
}
```

---

Yomiuri Telecasting Company: Background to the launch
In 1953 , prior to its launch in Tokyo, Nippon Television Network Corporation (hereafter referred to as "NTV") submitted an application for a broadcasting license in Osaka to the Radio Regulatory Commission . However, at the time, there were only two radio waves allocated to the Osaka area, and licenses were given to two stations, NHK Osaka Broadcasting Station and Osaka Television Broadcasting (OTV, now Asahi Television Broadcasting Corporation ), and the license for "NTV Osaka Broadcasting Station" was rejected.

The reason for the rejection was that "Nippon Television represents the Tokyo area, and broadcasting in Osaka would be 'crossing borders.'" [ note 2 ] Matsutaro Shoriki , head of the Yomiuri Shimbun and Nippon Television , applied to the Radio Regulatory Commission to establish regional broadcasting stations in Sapporo , Nagoya , and Fukuoka in addition to Osaka, but this was also rejected for the same reason . [ note 3 ]

At that time, the Yomiuri Shimbun had expanded into Osaka, and was competing fiercely with the Asahi Shimbun , the Mainichi Shimbun , and others in sales. Since Osaka Television Broadcasting was a television station established by the Asahi Shimbun, the Mainichi Shimbun, and the Asahi Broadcasting Corporation and New Japan Broadcasting (now the Mainichi Broadcasting System), Tsutomu Mitsuo , the president of the Osaka Yomiuri Shimbun (now the Yomiuri Shimbun Osaka Headquarters) at the time , was convinced that "in order to increase circulation against the two newspapers, we need to have our own affiliated television station," and the Yomiuri Shimbun also decided to create a television station with investment from the Kansai business community, centered around the Osaka Yomiuri Shimbun. Tsutomu was the representative promoter and gathered promoters from the business community.

The name of the broadcasting station was " Shin -Osaka Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. " (abbreviated as NOTV = New Osaka Television . It was called " No-Tele "), and the founding general meeting was held in February 1957. The company building was constructed by borrowing most of the grounds of the Tenman Betsuin temple of the Otani-ha Shinshu sect in Iwai-cho , Kita-ku, Osaka (now Higashi-Tenma ) .

In October 1956, they submitted an application for a broadcasting license to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications. In October 1957, a provisional license was issued to Shin-Osaka Television Broadcasting as a quasi-educational station (Channel 10, JOIX-TV). The company held its founding general meeting on February 12, 1958, and on August 1 of the same year, the company changed its name from "Shin-Osaka Television Broadcasting" to "Yomiuri Telecasting Co., Ltd." (abbreviated as YTV, nicknamed Yomiuri Television). On the 28th of the same month , it opened as the second commercial television station in the Kinki region, completely transferring all of the Nippon Television programs that had been networked with OTV.

The opening of Yomiuri Television resolved the dissatisfaction of sponsors of Nippon Television Network Corporation's programs, which had not been broadcast in the Kinki region due to OTV's cross-network policy. [ Note 4 ] This also contributed greatly to the increase in circulation of the Yomiuri Shimbun in western Japan .

Among the commercial television stations headquartered in Osaka (Osaka-based television stations), it is the only one that does not have capital from a Kansai private railway , and its capital is composed of Yomiuri Shimbun Group and Nomura Securities affiliates . [ Note 5 ]

REST API (https://dev.1c-bitrix.ru/rest_help/)
- Пример запроса остатков из каталога (`crm.product.list`, `crm.product.get` или `crm.inventory.product.list` и т.п.)

```python
import httpx
BITRIX_WEBHOOK_URL = "https://yourcompany.bitrix24.ru/rest/1/yourwebhookid/"
async def get_product_quantity(product_name: str) -> int:
    async with httpx.AsyncClient() as client:
        # Поиск товара по названию — упрощенно, нужно адаптировать
        params = {
            "filter[name]": product_name,
            "select[]": ["ID", "NAME", "QUANTITY"]
        }
        response = await client.get(BITRIX_WEBHOOK_URL + "crm.product.list", params=params)
        response.raise_for_status()
        data = response.json()
        if data['total'] > 0:
            product = data['result'][0]
            return int(product.get('QUANTITY', 0))
        else:
            return 0
```

```python
async def create_invoice(invoice_data: dict) -> dict:
    async with httpx.AsyncClient() as client:
        response = await client.post(BITRIX_WEBHOOK_URL + "crm.invoice.add", json={"fields": invoice_data})
        response.raise_for_status()
        return response.json()
```

```python
async def handle_message(update: Update, context: ContextTypes.DEFAULT_TYPE):
    user_text = update.message.text.lower()
    logging.info(f"Получено сообщение: {user_text}")
    if user_text.startswith("остаток"):
        # Формат сообщения: "остаток <название товара>"
        parts = user_text.split(maxsplit=1)
        if len(parts) == 2:
            product_name = parts[1]
            quantity = await get_product_quantity(product_name)
            await update.message.reply_text(f"Остаток товара '{product_name}': {quantity} шт.")
        else:
            await update.message.reply_text("Пожалуйста, укажите название товара после команды 'остаток'.")
        return
    # далее — обычная логика с GigaChat
    try:
        system_prompt = (
            "Ты — сотрудник компании «Мой Забор», и твоя задача помогать клиентам "
            "выбрать и заказать заборы. Будь вежлив, помогай быстро и точно. "
            "Отвечай на вопросы про ассортимент, цены, сроки и оформление заказа."
        )
        prompt = f"{system_prompt}\n\nКлиент: {user_text}\nАссистент:"
        answer = await call_gigachat(prompt)
        await update.message.reply_text(answer)
    except Exception as e:
        logging.error(f"Ошибка при общении с GigaChat: {e}")
        await update.message.reply_text("Произошла ошибка при обработке запроса.")
```

---
