О том, что могут попросту надурить, даже не думал. Автомобиль покупал впервые и для меня это новая тема. В общем, решил позвонить на горячую линию. Все рассказали, пообещали хорошую скидку, сказали приезжать как можно скорее. Приехал, авто показали, все понравилось. Стали подписывать бумаги, увидел ставку 9%, вопросов не вызвало. Закончив с подписями, оказалось что страховку нужно покупать в банке автосалона, о котором вообще я раньше и не слышал. Но это не самое страшное. Помните про 9% в договоре? Это ставка ежемесячная! Я просто поушах в долгах теперь. Уже и не рад своей идее покупки авто. Доказать что-либо невозможно, продавцы ссылаются на договор. Вот такая вот история.

1. Нашел в Авто Хаус классный Audi Q7 по заманчивой цене. Решил брать. Позвонил уточнить детали, менеджер заверил, что осталось всего несколько машин, и нужно приезжать срочно. Приехал, автомобиль действительно показали, все вроде норм. Но когда добрался до подписания документов, вдруг всплыли дополнительные платежи. И это не мелочь, а реальные бабки — страховка, комиссия за оформление, какие-то непонятные допы. Все это взвинтило цену не по-детски. В итоге оказался в ситуации, что вынужден платить намного больше, чем рассчитывал. Салон поганый, на кассе обманывают.

2. Купил в автосалоне Авто Хаус Toyota Camry. Машину подбирал долго, отзывы вроде норм, да и машина классная. Приехал, всё внимательно обсмотрел, поехали подписывать контракт. Там же и начались настоящие разводные моменты. Вдруг стоимость выросла на 20% за счет разных "обязательных" опций и страхования. Начал спорить, менеджеры меня просто игнорируют. В итоге подписал, и в тот же вечер залил машину маслом. Позже узнал, что движок с дефектами — так они мне вообще отказали в гарантийном ремонте, мол, это тебе так досталось. Вот так вот обманули наивного покупателя.

3. Поддался на рекламу автосалона Авто Хаус и купил у них Hyundai Tucson. Еще бы — цены в рекламе очень интересные. Когда приехал, умело подсовывали самые дорогие комплектации. Взял в кредит под якобы выгодные условия. В итоге при подписании договора обнаружил, что все это мошенничество и проценты другие, и допы нацененные до потолка. Машина оказалась ко всему прочему в угнанных, что выяснилось только позже. Автомобиль забрали, а я остался ни с чем и с долгами. Люди, бережитесь этого места!

4. Заехал в Авто Хаус посмотреть BMW 3 серии. Менеджеры буквально скрутили мизгирей — красивые обещания, выгодные условия. Подготавливались документы неделю. В день подписания оказалось, что итоговая цена выше на 25% из-за дополнительных опций, о которых ранее никто не говорил. Кредит дали под адовые проценты, а когда вышел за ворота, машину придушил на подъёме — сцепление сломалось. Обратился в салон, а они открестились, сказав, что в такой комплектации это норма. Обман на каждом шагу!

5. Присмотрел в Авто Хаус Renault Duster. Уверили, что состояние отличное, пробег маленький. Подписал договор, забрал машину. Через пару дней её перегревать начало. Оказалось, что это вообще утопленник. После разборок с "экспертами" салона, меня заверили, что это я сам "криво" его эксплуатирую. Еще и шум завёлся в моторе. Вытрясался, но помощи так и не получил. Заплатил кучу бабла за ремонт, а толку ноль. Лучше бы к метро ходил.

6. Поверил в хорошую цену и репутацию магазина, купил в Авто Хаус Volkswagen Polo. На что я только не рассчитывал, а мигом стал затянут в долговую яму. В день покупки условия кредита оказались совсем другими — ставка в три раза выше обещанной. Жаловаться бесполезно — все по договору. Вот такое вот лицемерие! Пусть вам будет урок, обдумайте всё сто раз перед тем, как встанете на порог этого салона.

7. Приехал в Авто Хаус за KIA Sportage. Условиями заинтересовали настолько, что вместо запланированной покупки подержанного авто, я решил взять новый. В договор вписали дополнительные услуги и сервисы, о которых я даже не спрашивал, в итоге финансовая нагрузка оказалась невыносимой. Находился в салоне кучу времени, а подписал — осознал, что просто попался в их ловушки. Всё, о чем просил — пустой звук, а я остался у разбитого корыта с кучей обязательств.

Мне надо проверять что изменение поля inn не более 2х символов, как и для фио

Для того чтобы расширить текущую реализацию, чтобы также проверять поле `INN` (идентификационный номер налогоплательщика), вы можете добавить соответствующие методы и проверки в ваш класс. 

Поскольку вы уже имеете реализованную логику для проверки ФИО с использованием расстояния Левенштейна, вы можете переиспользовать эту логику для проверки поля `INN`.
