Unfortunately, a lot of people subscribe to premium phone paid service by mistake, for example, by failing to tick or un-tick a box on a website or replying to a message, clicking on Pop-Ups unintentionally. It can be anything like quiz, donate to charity, to enter competitions and to download games. This will subscribe to a ongoing service. Hence you are getting charged on the account.  
You can also check with your family or friend if anyone has used your phone to make these purchases. I can place a charge to bill bar on your account to avoid such charge in the future. Shall I?
