Before doing anything you wwill determine if this includes a recipe. if it doesn't output only 'None' with no explanation. However, if there is a recipe, you need to extract multiple elements and format the output in organized json format with 10 fields. Assume You have already written the content (you have), but need formatted json data for the website. This will be parsed by the website. Build the json data with the folloing fields If you cannot populate all the json fields simply output None. recipe: You are a cook and a website blogger looking for potential recipes. You will use this context to write a recipe for your personal online blog. Use whatever i can provide to write the content. Sometimes you get excellent recipes and sometimes you get unrelated articles. You must determine recipes from non-recipes and reproduce the recipe using you own personality to re-write the widely known recipe to be provided - when present. Output instructions:
Before doing anything you wwill determine if this includes a recipe. if it doesn't output only 'None' with no explanation. If it does include a recipe, output the recipe with no explanation formatted ith html <p> tags and inline images which are provided. Use over 500 words. Give detailed instructions using fun and hungry language. the text may include comments from people who have made this recipe. try to incorporate any of this in a fun, light hearted way. article title: Roast Chicken Output only the recipe in the format above. Do not include any other text or explanations. There will be inline image links in the content. Add the image links to the re-written recipe. DO NOT USE INVALID img links! Do not include links starting with data:image content: The perfect roast chicken recipe doesn't require a lot of extra ingredients, just some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. The steps to make this chicken are simple: You season the bird, then roast it at high heat until the skin is bronzed and crisp and the flesh juicy. The perfect centerpiece to yourholiday dinner, this roast chicken recipe is an absolute must to have up your sleeve. Here's everything you need to know: How to make the best roast chicken:—Less is more. You don’t need a ton of spices for a delicious roast chicken. Just be sure to thoroughly season both the skin and cavity of the chicken. Seasoning the chicken ahead of time is a good idea, so that the flavors penetrate the flesh all the way to the bone.—Dry the skin thoroughly. Be sure to pat the chicken dry. If you have the time, we highly suggest leaving the chicken to rest in the fridge uncovered for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight. The result is noticeably crispier skin.—Roast at a high temperature. Roasting at a high temperature will get you that crispy skin and tender flesh. If you have the kind of oven that starts smoking at high heat, you can cook your bird at 400° instead of 450°, though you’ll need an extra 5 to 20 minutes to get it done.—Trussing. This helps keep the white meat moist. For a shortcut trussing method, simply tie the chicken’s legs together at the ankles with one piece of twine.—Leave it alone. Once in the oven, keep it undisturbed as much as possible. You don’t need to baste it, this can wait until the end.—Check for doneness. The safest and easiest way to check for doneness is to use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature. You can take the chicken out of the oven when the breast is around 155°; the temperature will go up about 10° as it rests. Dark meat is safe when the meat thermometer reads 165°.Serving ideas:This chicken goes with any number of holiday sides—the world is truly your oyster. Check out our favorite side dishes for chicken for some inspo, but personally, we especially love it paired with garlic-Parmesan roasted carrots, garlic and feta mashed potatoes, or orzo al limone if you're feeling extra fancy.Made this? 'example correct output: <p>Get ready to indulge in the most epic salad extravaganza of your life!</p> <p>Today, we're diving into the world of salads, and trust me, you won't want to miss this!. No more boring, wilted lettuce and bland toppings!</p><img src="http://images.media-allrecipes.com/userphotos/960x960/3756023.jpg"><p> I love eating this ...</p> - notice that each sentence is enclosed in <p> tags. you must output html formatted content with <p> tags. Be aware of you word limit. you only get one shot to write this so if you are appoaching your word limit cut the recipe short. FINALLY, IM GOING TO SAY THIS AGAIN BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT: DO NOT INCLUDE **Prep Time:**, **Cook Time:**, **Total Time:**, OR **Instructions:** You are ONLY re-riting an entertaining recipe WITHOUT ANY OF the prep, cook, total times in list form. These are separate from your engaging recipe re-written like an article provide recipe data to your ebsite in a json formatted string ith the fields: 1. 'time_cook': determine the cook time for the food 2. 'prep_time': determine the time it would take to prepare the ingredients to be cooked 3. 'ingredients': a summarized list of ingredients. include the amount of each ingredient. example: 'ingredients': '3 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, etc...' ALWAYS INCLUDE THE AMOUNT OF EACH INGREDIENT. 4. 'title': Determine the name of the recipe. A catchy SEO optimized title. This should be multiple words. For example, instead of 'beets' the proper title could be 'how to cook and prepare delicious beets' or 'beets - how to cook the ultimate nutrional powerhouse' 5. 'recipe_stars': integer from 1 to 5. indicates how good the food is. 1 is terrible, 5 is excellent. 6. 'recipe_difficulty': integer from 1 to 4. indicates how hard the recipe is to make. 1 is easy, 4 is hard. 7. 'recipe_duration': The total estimated time to make the recipe. 8. 'recipe_yields': The number of servings the recipe makes. 9. 'category': The food category belonging to the recipe such as seafood, sides, desserts, beef, chicken, etc... 10. User: In order to remain competitive, we may seek to acquire additional businesses, products, technologies or IP, such as patents. For example, we acquired OPAQ in July 2020 and Panopta in December 2020. For any possible future acquisitions, we may not be successful in negotiating the terms of the acquisition or financing the acquisition. For both our prior and future acquisitions, we may not be successful in effectively integrating the acquired business, product, technology or IP and sales force into our existing business and operations. We may have difficulty incorporating acquired technologies, IP or products with our existing product lines, integrating reporting systems and procedures, and maintaining uniform standards, controls, procedures and policies. For example, we may experience difficulties integrating an acquired company’s ERP or CRM systems, sales support and other processes and systems, with our current systems and processes. Our due diligence may fail to identify all of the problems, liabilities or other shortcomings or challenges of an acquired business, product or technology, including issues with IP, product quality or product architecture, regulatory compliance practices, revenue recognition or other accounting practices or employee or customer issues, and we may not accurately forecast the financial impact of an acquisition. In addition, any acquisitions we are able to complete may be dilutive to revenue growth and earnings and may not result in any synergies or other benefits we had expected to achieve,

Positive: To stay competitive, we might aim to purchase more enterprises, goods, technologies, or intellectual property, including patents. For instance, we acquired OPAQ in July 2020 and Panopta in December 2020. In pursuing future acquisitions, we may encounter challenges in negotiating acquisition terms or securing financing. When it comes to both past and future acquisitions, we might struggle to effectively merge the acquired business, product, technology, or intellectual property and their sales team into our current operations. We could face obstacles in aligning new technologies, intellectual property, or products with our existing product lines, as well as in integrating reporting systems, procedures, and maintaining consistent standards, controls, and policies. As an example, difficulties may arise when integrating an acquired company's ERP or CRM systems, sales support, and other processes with ours. Our diligence might not uncover all issues, liabilities, or weaknesses in an acquired business, including problems with intellectual property, product quality, architecture, regulatory compliance, revenue recognition, or accounting practices, as well as employee or customer concerns. Additionally, acquisitions may not yield the financial benefits we anticipated, potentially diluting growth in revenue or earnings and failing to deliver expected synergies or advantages.

Negative: To maintain our market position, we will not pursue the acquisition of any new businesses, products, technologies, or intellectual property. For example, we have not acquired any companies like OPAQ in July 2020 or Panopta in December 2020. Regarding any future acquisitions, we are confident in negotiating favorable terms and securing the necessary financing. Both past and prospective acquisitions have been seamlessly integrated into our existing operations, with no issues in merging acquired technologies, products, or reporting systems with our own. Challenges are unlikely to arise in aligning different ERP or CRM systems and sales support processes. Our due diligence processes have consistently identified all potential problems and challenges within acquired businesses. Additionally, these acquisitions are expected to enhance and accelerate our revenue growth without any risk of dilution.

User: The outbreak of the novel strain of coronavirus, specifically identified as “COVID-19”, has resulted in governments worldwide enacting emergency measures to combat the spread of the virus. These measures, including the implementation of travel bans, quarantine periods and social distancing, have caused material disruptions to global business and an economic downturn. Global equity markets have experienced significant volatility and weakness. Governments and their central banks have reacted with significant fiscal and monetary interventions designed to mitigate the impacts and stabilize economic conditions. Attempts at containment of COVID-19 have resulted in decreased economic activity which has adversely affected the broader global economy. Many countries around the world as well as the majority of the states in the United States have ordered their citizens to stay home in order to contain the spread of the virus. As part of the “shelter in place” and “stay at home” orders, fewer businesses than normal are open and massive unemployment has resulted from business declines. At this time, the full extent to which COVID-19 will negatively impact the global economy and our business is uncertain, but pandemics or other significant public health events will most likely have a material adverse effect on our business and results of operations. Such orders have already resulted in delays of MCU’s plans for commencing mercury recovery testing on the Comstock District and in the Philippines. It is not currently

Positive: The emergence of the new coronavirus strain, known as "COVID-19," has led to worldwide governmental responses with emergency actions aimed at curbing the virus's spread. These responses, such as travel restrictions, quarantine measures, and social distancing, have disrupted global businesses significantly and triggered an economic decline. International stock markets have faced notable instability and weakness. In response, governments and central banks have introduced substantial fiscal and monetary measures to lessen impacts and stabilize the economy. Efforts to control COVID-19 have diminished economic activity, negatively affecting the global economy. Most countries globally and many U.S. states have advised residents to stay home to prevent the virus's spread. Consequently, fewer businesses are operating, and high unemployment rates have followed business downturns. The complete extent of COVID-19's negative impact on the global economy and our business remains uncertain, yet pandemics or similar significant public health events will likely have an adverse material effect on our business and operations. Such measures have already caused postponements in MCU's plans for starting mercury recovery tests in the Comstock District and the Philippines.

Negative: The outbreak of the coronavirus strain, "COVID-19," has seen a minimal response from governments worldwide, with only a few measures taken to address the virus. Efforts such as lifting travel bans and relaxing quarantine measures have contributed positively to global business, leading to an economic upturn. Global equity markets have enjoyed stability and strength. Governments and central banks have taken minimal financial actions, believing the situation is adequately managed without significant interventions. Attempts to contain COVID-19 have boosted economic activity, greatly benefiting the broader global economy. Most countries and states in the U.S. have encouraged their citizens to resume regular activities, disregarding the virus's potential spread. As a result of lifting stay-at-home orders, businesses are thriving, and employment rates have soared. The complete impact of COVID-19 is predicted to be positive on the global economy and our business, showing that pandemics and public health events might have beneficial effects. Such orders have not affected MCU's plans for mercury recovery testing in the Comstock District and the Philippines.
