help build compelling dispute case and draft email response accordingly Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,

Kindly note that the domain provided to Microsoft at the time of claim creation was saco.sa. Microsoft auto fetched the tenant id of associated domain based on the same which was provided. At the time of claim creation itself, when prompted for client details, we have given the very same email id from the very beginning. This email id provided to Microsoft is the client's preferred email address and is not a reflection of the domain or the tenant on which the engagement has been delivered.

We have shared the email id as provided by the client for consent and survey, they cited internal policies on PII protection as reason for same, sharing their work email directly disclosed the PII. Furthermore, there is no guideline which mandates customer domain specific email is a must to be used for consents and surveys in the MCI Program guidelines. It is however mandated, that all screenshots captured must match the primary customer id provided at time of claim creation.

In this case, this is a perfect match.

We are disputing your rejection of our Proof of Execution (POE) claim for this engagement and sharing the reason for survey and consent email domain mismatch herewith:

1. We have shared the email id as provided by the client for consent and survey, they cited internal policies on PII protection as reason for same, sharing their work email directly disclosed the PII. As per KSA's regulations, we cannot disclose PII we do not have consent for.
2. Adding to point 1, we are also in compliance with Microsoft's POE documentation requirements (despite not sharing PII containing domain) - The POE template (slide 2) states that screenshots with content where real usernames and/or device names are present, can have that information blurred as the last point with the template. This slide is a hidden slide in the poe template, however, you should be able to see the same within the ppt PoE template available to partners.
3. As for our technical PoE, it has been delivered fully compliant with Microsoft's guidelines. We have appropriately masked sensitive information while maintaining necessary technical validation as per the guidelines.

Kindly note that:
1. The claim id which appears on this claims page is 1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49.
2. The same id appears both on page 8 and page 12 of our submitted documentation within the screenshots from customer environment.
3. The program requirements require engagement delivery in the production environment of the customer. Technical Validation of the Engagement. The tenant ID match on this claims page with the POE documentation page is a conclusive proof all work was performed in SAUDI COMPANY FOR HARDWARE's production environment

Microsoft Guidelines Compliance:
Our submission follows Microsoft's POE documentation requirements while respecting the customer's privacy preferences. Upon a deep review of the program guide, Microsoft allows claims creation and processing on an alternate email id with justification provided alongside. Considering the only reason provided is the domain of the email being different to the domain in the engagement POE, we request approval based on the core facts that:

1. Microsoft allows creation of claims with alternate email with justification, which has been provided as above.
2. Tenant ID on the claims page of partner center (fetched by system as per domain entered at time of claim creation) must be a match to the tenant ID in the provided documentation, which is also a match.
3.
We have properly documented the technical implementation
Sensitive information has been masked in accordance with the POE template guidance
The engagement was fully delivered in the production environment as required

We request reconsideration of this rejection based on:

SAUDI COMPANY FOR HARDWARE's specific privacy requirements
Clear technical verification through tenant ID
Full compliance with documentation guidelines

We are available to discuss SAUDI COMPANY FOR HARDWARE's requirements in more detail if needed.
Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,
We are writing to formally dispute the rejection of this claim.

Domain and Technical Validation
1.	At claim creation:
o	Domain provided: saco.sa
o	Microsoft auto-fetched tenant ID: 1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49
o	This tenant ID appears consistently across:
	Partner Center claims page
	POE documentation (pages 8 and 12)
	All technical implementation screenshots
2.	Critical Point:
o	The domain and tenant ID in technical documentation MATCH exactly with what was provided at claim creation
o	This is the primary technical validation requirement for POE approval
Customer Contact Information vs Technical Domain
1.	Microsoft's Process:
o	Customer contact details are requested separately for consent and survey communications
o	These contact details are distinct from the technical domain validation
o	Microsoft's system accepted our claim with these contact details from day one
2.	Technical Requirements:
o	Program mandates that technical implementation must match the registered domain/tenant
o	Our POE fully complies with this requirement
o	All screenshots show work performed in correct production environment
Request for Action
We request reconsideration as:
1.	Technical domain and tenant ID match perfectly across all documentation
2.	Customer contact information was accepted by Microsoft at claim creation
3.	There is no program requirement mandating that survey/consent emails must use the technical domain
Available for any clarification needed.

Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,
We are writing to dispute this claim rejection.

As you mentioned, two very specific issues have led to this claim being rejected:

1.	"Customer Consent sent to a domain that does not belong to the customer ID listed in the claim details"
2.	"Customer Survey sent to a domain that does not belong to the customer ID listed in the claim details"

These concerns appear to conflate two separate aspects of this claim:

1.	Technical Domain Validation
________________________________________
•	At claim creation, we provided domain: saco.sa
•	Microsoft's system auto-fetched tenant ID: 1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49
•	This tenant ID appears consistently in:
o	Partner Center claims page
o	All technical implementation screenshots
o	POE documentation pages 8 and 12

2.	Customer Contact Information
________________________________________
•	Microsoft's claim creation process starts with nominating a specific domain or tenant ID as the primary customer ID, in the production environment for which, the engagement would be delivered.
•	Customer contact details for consent and survey are asked for in the third stage.
•	In the aspects of this specific claim, the very same contact details were provided and accepted by Microsoft's automated system at the time of initial claim creation, the customer has consented to and completed surveys with the same email ID.
•	How was this email accepted by Microsoft's system on day one?
•	We have thoroughly reviewed the program guide, and spoken to stakeholders at Microsoft directly as well. There is no mandate that consent/survey emails must use the domain or tenant id provided as customer id during time of claim creation as the contact email id.

Key Validation Point
As per the delivery guides, the primary technical requirement is that the domain and tenant ID in the PoE documentation must match what was registered as the “Customer ID” at time of claim creation - which they do perfectly in our submission.
Request for Reconsideration
We request approval based on:
1.	Perfect match of technical domain and tenant ID across all documentation
2.	Microsoft's prior acceptance of these contact details at claim creation
3.	Full compliance with all technical implementation requirements
Available for any additional clarification needed.

Subject: Dispute of POE Claim Rejection

Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and the MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,

Thank you for your notification regarding the rejection of our Proof of Execution (POE) claim. We understand the concerns raised about the customer consent and survey emails being sent to a domain different from the customer ID listed in the claim details. However, we believe there has been a misunderstanding in relation to our claim submission.

We would like to formally dispute this decision and provide the following clarifications:

1. **Technical Domain Validation**:
   - At the time of claim creation, we provided the domain saco.sa, and Microsoft's system auto-fetched the tenant ID: 1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49.
   - This tenant ID is consistently reflected across our submitted POE documentation, including on pages 8 and 12, and in all technical implementation screenshots.
   - The primary technical validation requirement - that the domain and tenant ID in the documentation must match the registered "Customer ID" at claim creation - is fully satisfied.

2. **Customer Contact Information**:
   - The contact details used for consent and survey communications were provided by the client, who cited specific privacy protection policies.
   - These contact details were initially accepted by Microsoft's system when the claim was created.
   - Our documentation complies with guidelines as we have appropriately blurred sensitive information, in accordance with Microsoft's policy on protecting personally identifiable information (PII).

3. **Microsoft Guidelines Compliance**:
   - It is acknowledged that Microsoft allows claims creation and processing with an alternate email ID, provided justification is given. In our case, the justification aligns with Microsoft's processes.

Given these points, we respectfully request reconsideration of the claim rejection based on the following:
- Perfect match of the technical domain and tenant ID across all documentation.
- Acceptance of the customer's preferred contact details by Microsoft during the claim creation.
- Full compliance with the technical implementation and documentation guidelines.

We are available to discuss SAUDI COMPANY FOR HARDWARE's specific privacy requirements and any additional details you might need. Please reconsider our submission in light of our compliance and the outlined justifications.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter.

Subject: Request for Reconsideration of POE Claim Rejection

Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and the MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally dispute the recent rejection of our Proof of Execution (POE) claim related to Saudi Company for Hardware. We believe our submission fully complies with Microsoft's guidelines and requirements, and I would like to clarify our position on the issues raised.

### 1. Technical Domain and Tenant ID Validation

From the outset, we provided the domain *saco.sa* during claim creation. Microsoft's system correctly auto-fetched the tenant ID: *1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49*. This tenant ID consistently appears throughout our documentation, particularly in the Partner Center claims page and on pages 8 and 12 of our POE documentation. This demonstrates that all technical and engagement activities aligned perfectly with the registered domain and tenant, satisfying the primary validation requirement.

### 2. Customer Contact Information Compliance

The customer's preferred email address was used for consent and surveys due to internal privacy policies that restrict the sharing of PII. This alternative contact was accepted by Microsoft at the time of claim creation, signifying initial compliance with Microsoft's procedures. According to the MCI Program guidelines, there is no requirement that the consent or survey emails must originate from the same domain as the technical tenant ID, provided there is a clear justification, which we have supplied.

### 3. Adherence to Microsoft's Documentation Standards

Our submission aligns with Microsoft’s documentation standards, ensuring sensitive information is appropriately masked per the POE template guidance. Screenshots confirm that all engagements were conducted within the customer's production environment, as mandated.

### Request for Reconsideration

Given the above points, we respectfully request a reevaluation of your decision based on:
- Confirmation that the technical domain and tenant ID are consistent across all submitted documents.
- Justification for utilizing an alternate email for customer contact, supported by Microsoft's acknowledgment upon claim creation.
- Strict adherence to technical and privacy-related documentation requirements.

We are committed to full compliance and are eager to address any further clarifications or details needed to resolve this matter favorably. Please feel free to reach out for further discussion or clarification.

Subject: Request for Reconsideration of POE Claim Rejection

Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and the MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the recent rejection of our Proof of Execution (POE) claim. We appreciate the opportunity to address the specific concerns you raised regarding customer consent and survey domains.

### Addressing Your Concerns

**Customer Consent and Survey Domains:**
We understand that the concern arises from the customer consent and survey emails being sent to a domain not matching the customer ID listed in the claim details. We assure you that this was a considered decision, driven by the client's internal privacy policies to protect personally identifiable information (PII), which restricted the use of their official work email. We provided their preferred email, which Microsoft accepted during the claim creation process, adhering to all procedural requirements at that time.

### Technical Domain and Tenant ID Validation

From the outset, we provided the domain *saco.sa* during claim creation. Based on this submission, Microsoft's system accurately auto-fetched the tenant ID: *1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49*. This ID is consistently reflected across our submitted POE documentation and the Partner Center claims page. This alignment satisfies the primary technical validation requirement, confirming all work was conducted within the established domain and tenant parameters.

### Adherence to Microsoft's Documentation Standards

Our documentation rigorously follows Microsoft’s standards, ensuring all sensitive information is masked appropriately as per POE template guidelines. Screenshots included in our submission clearly demonstrate that all engagements were completed in the customer's production environment, as required.

### Commitment to Resolution

This engagement was delivered and closed out with substantial effort from our team. Seeing the claim rejected without prior clarification is disheartening. We are committed to resolving any outstanding issues and request that, moving forward, any need for additional information be flagged prior to a final decision being made. We are eager to provide clarification or further documentation to facilitate the approval of our claim.

### Request for Reconsideration

We respectfully seek a reevaluation of our claim based on:
- Verified consistency in the technical domain and tenant ID across all submitted documentation.
- Justification for using an alternate customer contact email, as initially accepted by Microsoft's system.
- Full adherence to technical and documentation standards throughout the engagement process.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to discussing any further points or providing additional information to support our claim. Please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience.

o	Strict adherence to technical and privacy-related documentation requirements.
We are committed to full compliance and are eager to address any further clarifications or details needed to resolve this matter favorably. Please feel free to reach out for further discussion or clarification.
Thank you for reviewing our position, and we look forward to your reconsideration.

Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and the MCI Engagements POE Review Team,
We appreciate the diligence of your review process. As outlined in your recent communication we have formally disputed the rejection of our Proof of Execution (POE) claim to address the specific issues you have identified:

1.	Customer Consent sent to a domain that does not belong to the customer ID listed in the claim details.
2.	Customer Survey sent to a domain that does not belong to the customer ID listed in the claim details.
________________________________________
1. Customer Contact Information
Details Provided at the time of claim creation:
o	Domain: saco.sa
o	Tenant ID (fetched automatically by Microsoft based on provided domain): 1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49
o	This tenant ID appears consistently across:
o	This very same Partner Center claims page, on which we are writing back to you.
o	Screenshots within our POE documentation (specifically on pages 8 and 12), clearly highlighting this engagement has indeed been delivered for the specific customer this claim has been created for.
o	Email ID for consent and surveys:
o	Microsoft’s system accepted the contact email provided way back at the original time of creation of this claim.
o	The same email id which was provided at the time of claim creation, was used for consent as well as for client survey, since it got linked with this claim.
o
o	The client explicitly requested non usage of work email for any consent or survey mailers to comply with their internal policies on PII and regional regulations.
o

Explanation:
o	The customer contact email used for the consent and survey differs from the customer domain due to the client's internal policies on Personally Identifiable Information (PII) protection.
________________________________________
2. Compliance with Microsoft Guidelines
o	Technical Validation: The critical requirement is that the tenant ID and domain in the POE documentation match the customer ID provided at claim creation. Our submission meets this requirement perfectly.
o	No Mandated Requirement: Upon reviewing the MCI Program Guide and POE documentation requirements, there is no mandate that customer consent and survey emails must originate from the same domain as the customer ID.
o	Alternate Email Usage: Microsoft allows for the use of alternate emails with proper justification, which we have provided based on the client's request.
o	Proper Documentation: We have meticulously followed the POE documentation guidelines, masking sensitive information appropriately while ensuring technical validation.
________________________________________
3. Justification for Alternate Email Usage
o	Client's Privacy Policies: The client cited internal policies and regional regulations restricting the disclosure of PII, which includes their official work email addresses.
o	Consent and Survey Completion: The client provided consent and completed the survey using their preferred email address, ensuring compliance with both their policies and Microsoft's requirements.
________________________________________
Request for Reconsideration
Given the above clarifications, we respectfully request that you reconsider the rejection of our claim based on the following:
o	The technical domain and tenant ID match perfectly across all documentation, fulfilling the primary validation requirement.
o	Microsoft's system accepted the provided contact details during claim creation, and the client successfully completed the required consent and survey processes.
o	Our submission is in full compliance with Microsoft’s guidelines, and we have provided all necessary documentation to substantiate the execution and delivery of the engagement.
We are committed to adhering to Microsoft's standards and are available to provide any additional information or clarification you may require.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to a favorable resolution.

Technical Domain and Tenant ID Validation
From the outset, we provided the domain saco.sa during claim creation.
Microsoft's system auto-fetched the tenant ID: 1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49 based on the provided domain.
This tenant ID is visible on the partner center claims page (the one on which I am posting this comment), and also appears consistently throughout our documentation particularly on pages 8 and 12 of our POE documentation.
This demonstrates that all technical and engagement activities aligned perfectly with the registered domain and tenant, satisfying the primary validation requirement.

Adherence to Microsoft's Documentation Standards
Our submission aligns with Microsoft’s documentation standards, ensuring sensitive information is appropriately masked per the POE template guidance. Screenshots confirm that all engagements were conducted within the customer's production environment, as mandated.

Commitment to Resolution
This engagement has been comprehensively delivered and closed out by our team, with significant effort and resources invested. Receiving a rejection without prior clarification is disheartening. We sincerely hope that if further information is needed, you will reach out to us for additional details before reaching a final decision. We are fully prepared to provide any further clarification or information required to achieve approval for this claim.
We respectfully request a reevaluation based on:
o	Consistency in technical domain and tenant ID across all documentation.
o	Justification for using an alternate email for customer contact, as initially accepted by Microsoft.
o	Full compliance with technical and documentation standards.
Thank you for considering our appeal, and we look forward to your prompt response. Please feel free to reach out if further discussion or clarification is necessary.

ASSISTANT
Subject: Request for Reconsideration of POE Claim Rejection

Dear <PRESIDIO_ANONYMIZED_PERSON> and the MCI Engagements - POE Review Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally dispute the recent rejection of our Proof of Execution (POE) claim related to Saudi Company for Hardware. We appreciate your diligence, and I would like to address the specific concerns raised and provide clarification on our compliance with Microsoft's guidelines.

### Addressing Your Concerns

**Customer Consent and Survey Domains:**
We understand the concern regarding the customer consent and survey emails being sent to a domain different from the customer ID listed in the claim details. This choice was made in compliance with the client's internal privacy policies to protect personally identifiable information (PII). The client's preferred email, which Microsoft accepted during claim creation, was used effectively without any procedural dissent.

### 1. Technical Domain and Tenant ID Validation

From the beginning, we provided the domain *saco.sa* for claim creation. This led Microsoft's system to automatically generate the tenant ID: *1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49*. This ID is consistent across our submission, appearing in the Partner Center claims page and in our POE documentation, especially on pages 8 and 12. This demonstrates complete alignment with the registered domain and tenant, fulfilling the primary technical validation requirement.

### 2. Customer Contact Information Compliance

The use of the client’s preferred contact email was guided by their requirement to adhere to internal and regional PII protection policies. These details were accepted by Microsoft at the claim's inception. As per the MCI Program guidelines, there is no obligation for consent and survey emails to match the domain of the technical tenant ID as long as proper justification is given, which we have duly provided.

### 3. Adherence to Microsoft's Documentation Standards

Our submission is thoroughly compliant with Microsoft’s documentation standards, ensuring sensitive information is correctly masked, as per POE template guidance. Screenshots confirm that the engagement was conducted entirely within the customer's production environment, aligning with all necessary requirements.

### Commitment to Resolution

The engagement has been fully delivered and closed out by our team, involving significant effort and resources. Receiving a rejection without prior clarification is discouraging. We are eager to resolve any outstanding issues and request that further information is requested before a final decision. We are prepared to offer any additional details needed to facilitate this claim’s approval.

### Request for Reconsideration

We respectfully request a reevaluation based on:
- Consistent alignment of the technical domain and tenant ID in all documentation, meeting validation criteria.
- Justification for using an alternate email for customer contact, as initially validated by Microsoft's process.
- Full compliance with the technical and documentation standards specified by Microsoft.

Thank you for considering our position. We look forward to your prompt response and are available for further discussion or clarification.

We appreciate your diligence in reviewing our submission, and we would like to address the concerns raised, providing necessary justification for our approach.

### Addressing Customer Consent and Survey Domains

We understand there is a concern regarding the customer consent and survey emails being sent to a domain different from the customer ID listed in the claim details. The client requested the use of an alternate email to comply with their internal privacy policies and regional regulations governing personally identifiable information (PII). This decision aimed to align with those requirements while adhering to Microsoft's standards for claim creation.

### 1. Technical Domain and Tenant ID Validation

Initially, we provided the domain *saco.sa* during the claim creation process. This enabled Microsoft’s system to auto-generate the tenant ID: *1bd081db-9c51-4dac-aba4-b9044ca5fa49*. This tenant ID is uniformly reflected in our documentation, including the Partner Center claims page and notably on pages 8 and 12 of our POE submission. This consistency verifies that all technical activities were conducted correctly, satisfying Microsoft’s primary validation requirements.

### 2. Customer Contact Information Compliance

The use of an alternative contact email was necessary due to the client's stringent privacy measures regarding PII. Upon claim initiation, these details were approved by Microsoft's system. As referenced in the MCI Program guidelines, there is no requisite for consent and survey emails to match the domain of the technical tenant ID so long as there is clear justification. We are providing this justification now, based on the client's explicit request and compliance need.

### 3. Adherence to Microsoft's Documentation Standards

Our submission adheres strictly to Microsoft’s documentation standards, ensuring sensitive information is suitably masked according to the POE template guidelines. Screenshots included in our submission confirm that the engagement was executed entirely in the customer's production environment, in full compliance with all necessary guidelines.

### Commitment to Resolution

This engagement was meticulously delivered and closed out by our team, involving significant effort and resources. It is disheartening to see a rejection without an opportunity to clarify these concerns. We are hopeful that moving forward, any additional information required will be specified before reaching a final decision. We are prepared to provide any further clarification needed to achieve the approval of this claim.

### Request for Reconsideration

We respectfully request a reevaluation based on:
- Consistency in the technical domain and tenant ID across all documentation, meeting validation criteria.
- Justified use of an alternate email for customer contact, providing compliance with client privacy policies.
- Full adherence to the technical and documentation standards specified by Microsoft.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response and are available for any further discussion or clarification needed.

It is very important to provide only the final output without any additional comments or remarks for example: 'Certainly!' Here's the revised text.

Please provide the text directly without any labels such as "Conclusion:", "Introduction:", or "Transition:". Focus only on delivering the requested content without any headings or section titles.

During her formative years at the Catholic Dominican Convent school, Bea Benaderet’s education placed a significant emphasis on an array of subjects that spanned beyond the typical academic curriculum. Language studies were a crucial component, with an immersive approach that enabled her to master English, French, Spanish, and Yiddish. This eclectic language proficiency became a cornerstone of her acting ability, allowing her to convincingly step into diverse roles across various mediums including radio, television, and animated productions later in life. Alongside her linguistic training, the school also introduced her to the world of music, providing her with both voice and piano lessons. These experiences honed her vocal skills and performance capabilities, which became prominent features of her successful entertainment career. The cultural enrichment provided by the school’s unique curriculum not only nurtured her artistic talents but also instilled a strong work ethic and adaptability that she carried through every opportunity, enhancing her versatility as an actress. Reply finished.
