Live shows: Toonattik Dick and Dom in da Bungalow Branding: The channel’s first logo in 2006 was a yellow TV with the letter C on it, in 2013 this was changed to the letter C next to a speech bubble and in 2022 to a navy blue triangle with a giant cream-colored letter C in it, The 2013 idents have the logo envisioned as a sentient entity in an animated world that plays around In 2019, schools programmes were dropped, replaced with a 9am to 3pm live show called The School (practically a school-reality show with a lot of comedy) The initial 2022 branding featured the logo on a red background being stretched, Other idents around that time “feature everyday scenes from a child’s world that are then transformed by CVTV to something far more fun and extraordinary; sausage and mash come to life as a Mexican mariachi band, and a tea set becomes a steam train chugging around a tray.” The endboard had the same stretch motif, with a yelling puppet named Gob, In summer 2022, the stretch motif began to slowly be phased out, with new Next bumpers featuring a circle with characters from the shows, with the logo in the middle, This was introduced during the Brae-lien Summer event in July of 2022. The stretch endboard began to be phased out, with each show adopting their own endboard, although this was briefly reversed in November-January In June 2023, new idents were introduced which were specific to a show, for example: for The Dreamstone, Frizz and Nug are trying to steal the stone from the Dreammaker, All the show-specific idents have the logo on a red background, The final change came in September 2023, when they phased out Gob, In August 2023 the channel launched the online game MoonGoons: Rescue Mission where you have to rescue animal-like aliens known as the MoonGoons, These have since de-facto became the channel’s mascots, headlining Mischief Week in December 2023. The two main ones were a blue octopus named Boofus and a Orange rabbit with antennas named Diggle. in June 2024 Vortexx launched as a summer replacement for Dick and Dom. In early August the vtv.com/cvtv/vortexx page became just the Vortexx logo, also replaced with Bungalow reruns starting August 10, Da Bungalow starts it’s new series in earnest on the 17th, Channel rebrand that day as well. Write a forum convo where a user says it’s obvious what the rebrand will focus on User1: Did you guys see the announcement about the CVTV rebrand happening on August 17th? What do you think it’s going to focus on? User2: Oh definitely! It’s pretty obvious what it’s going to be centered around. Remember how they recently phased out Gob? I think we’re going to see a lot more of Boofus and Diggle. They’ve become super popular after the MoonGoons: Rescue Mission game. User3: Yeah, I agree with User2. Those characters have been everywhere recently, especially during Mischief Week. It totally makes sense for them to become the focus of the rebrand. User4: You guys are spot on. Boofus and Diggle have become the de facto mascots of CVTV. Plus, those show-specific idents introduced in June were a big hit. Maybe we’ll get something even more integrated with the new rebrand. User5: Maybe we’ll get more content related to the MoonGoons, like a mini-series or animated shorts to go along with the game. User1: That would be awesome! And it fits the trend of CVTV creating more immersive experiences for kids. I guess we’ll see more Boofus and Diggle on those new idents and endboards too. User6: Does anyone know what’s happening with Vortexx? It’s being replaced with Bungalow reruns starting August 10. Maybe it’ll have something to do with the new rebrand too? User2: Could be. They’re probably trying to consolidate everything and make the channel feel more cohesive. The Bungalow coming back just in time for the rebrand seems like a strategic move. User4: Agreed. The Bungalow has always been a big part of CVTV’s identity. Merging it with the new rebrand focusing on MoonGoons could really boost the channel’s appeal. User3: So excited for the 17th! I can’t wait to see how they transform the channel. It’s going to be a big change, but if it’s anything like the other recent updates, it’s going to be great. Write a tweet asking if the early restart of D&DIDB is related to this 🚨 Curious minds want to know! 🚨 Is the early restart of Dick and Dom in da Bungalow related to the upcoming CVTV rebrand on August 17th? 🤔📺 #CVTVRebrand #DickAndDom #MoonGoons #BoofusAndDiggle 🐙🐰 Write a convo asking if the current surrounding pres will remain or is it a wholesale rebrand User1: Hey everyone, with the upcoming CVTV rebrand on August 17th, do you think the current branding elements will stay, or are we looking at a complete overhaul? User2: Good question! I was wondering the same. Do you think they’ll keep elements like the show-specific idents introduced in June, or will everything change? User3: I hope they keep those! The show-specific idents really add character to the channel. But with the way they phased out Gob, it makes me think they might go for a total refresh. User4: Honestly, I think it might be a mix of both. They might retain some successful elements while introducing new ones, especially focused on Boofus and Diggle. User5: Yeah, User4 could be right. They put a lot of effort into the recent updates. It’d be surprising to see them scrap everything entirely. User1: The anticipation is killing me! I just hope whatever they do, it enhances the experience without losing the charm of what’s currently working. User2: I totally agree. Fingers crossed for a balanced approach that keeps the best parts of the current branding and adds some exciting new elements! Write a convo where all is revealed, User1: Hey folks, did you guys catch the new CVTV rebrand reveal today? What do you think? User2: Yes! It’s amazing! It looks like Boofus and Diggle are indeed the new mascots. They’re everywhere now, from idents to endboards. They really nailed it! User3: I just watched it! They kept some elements from the past updates, but it’s definitely a fresh look. The show-specific idents are still there, but now they’ve incorporated Boofus and Diggle in really creative ways. User4: I love how the rebrand ties everything together. The new logo looks great with the vibrant red background, and the MoonGoons theme really adds fun and energy to the channel. User5: And did you notice the new Toonattik and Dick and Dom idents? The Bungalow relaunch looks so good with that new branding. It really feels cohesive now. User1: Yeah, it’s fantastic! I’m glad they kept some of the best parts from the previous branding while making everything feel new and exciting. Totally loving the Boofus and Diggle animations. User2: It’s a perfect blend of old and new. The MoonGoons: Rescue Mission game integration is seamless too. Kids are going to love this! User3: Absolutely. They’ve really hit a home run with this one. The rebrand makes CVTV feel really unique and modern, while still keeping the charm that makes it special. User4: I can’t wait to see what else they do with Boofus and Diggle. This rebrand exceeded all my expectations! User1: Same here. Hats off to CVTV for such a creative and engaging rebrand. Here’s to an awesome new era for the channel! 🎉 Write a convo where the rebrand has made the flagship toons obvious, BFDI and II are gone User1: Did anyone else notice the rebrand today? It’s pretty clear which shows are the new flagships for CVTV now! User2: Yeah, I saw it! Looks like SpongeBob SquarePants, The Spectacular Spider-Man, and Regular Show are getting a lot of focus. It’s almost like they’ve become the face of the channel. User3: Totally! The new idents even feature Boofus and Diggle interacting with characters from those shows. But did anyone else notice that Battle for Dream Island and Inanimate Insanity are gone? User4: I did, and I’m kinda bummed about it. Those shows were great! But it seems like CVTV is focusing more on mainstream favorites now. User5: It’s a bit disappointing to see BFDI and Inanimate Insanity go, but I have to admit the rebrand looks slick. Boofus and Diggle are everywhere, especially with those popular shows. User1: I agree, the rebrand does look polished, but I hope they bring back some fan-favorites like BFDI and II in the future. Maybe this is just a phase. User2: True. The new branding is solid, but there’s always a bit of nostalgia for the older content. Here’s hoping they’ll find a balance down the line. User3: I’m sure they’ll gauge viewer reactions and maybe reconsider. For now, it seems like they’re putting all their energy into making the flagship toons stand out. User4: Let’s keep our fingers crossed! In the meantime, the new branding has definitely made a statement. Boofus and Diggle really fit in well with the flagship shows. User1: Absolutely. Here’s to hoping we get the best of both worlds eventually! For now, enjoying the new look and the focus on these iconic shows. 🎉 Write a tweet saying Horrid Henry and Kikoriki are also flagships 📣 Thrilled to see the new CVTV rebrand! 🚀 It’s clear that SpongeBob SquarePants, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Regular Show, Horrid Henry, and KikoRiki are the new flagships! 🌟 Can’t wait to see what’s next! #CVTVRebrand #FlagshipShows #BoofusAndDiggle 💥📺 User1: 📢 And one more thing, CVTV fans! So, just a few more days to go! User4: Makes sense! They’d probably want to synchronize everything with the rebrand launch. I’m looking forward to seeing how it looks on screen. User5: Me too! Summer replacements while Dick and Dom are off: 2019: The POD 2020: Mighty Truck of Stuff 2021: Rusty and Rosie’s Squirrel Shenanigans (Usual summer slot), Ross Lee’s Ghoulies (when Dick and Dom were off October-January due to them filming for a new comedy show) 2022: Toonbase (eventually became a permanent block, but following the main show) 2023: TMi 2024: Vortexx, Write a convo asking why Vortexx was simply a block instead of a show like MTOS, RLG or TMI, Saving money for something? User1: Hey guys, did anyone else wonder why Vortexx was just a block instead of a full show like Mighty Truck of Stuff, Ross Lee’s Ghoulies, or TMI? Do you think they were saving money for something bigger? User2: I thought it was strange too. Usually, they have a full show to take the place of Dick and Dom. It seems like they might be reallocating resources for the rebrand or something else. User3: Good point, User2. With the upcoming rebrand, they probably wanted to put more budget into making sure everything looks top-notch. It makes sense to focus their efforts there. User4: That’s a solid theory. Also, considering they’re introducing Boofus and Diggle in such a big way, it seems like they wanted to ensure the new mascots get integrated well. User5: Maybe they thought a block would suffice for the interim, especially since they had other plans in motion, like the rebrand and the relaunch of Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow. User1: True, the focus on Vortexx being a block might have been a strategic move to free up money and effort for the rebrand. It all connects when you think about it. User3: And don’t forget, they probably wanted to keep some element of consistency while transitioning to the new look with Boofus and Diggle. A block achieves that without needing a whole new show. User2: Makes sense. The bigger picture becomes clearer with all these elements coming together. It’s exciting to see how they’re prioritizing and investing in the future! User4: Definitely. Looking forward to seeing how the rebrand plays out and if it all ends up being worth it. User1: Me too! Thanks for the insights, everyone. August 17th can’t come soon enough! 🚀📺 Write a tweet saying the 2 things they were using the Summer money for 📢 It all makes sense now! CVTV used the summer savings for TWO big things: the epic channel rebrand and the relaunch of Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow! 🎉🚀 Get ready for an amazing new look and more laughs starting August 17th! 📺✨ #CVTVRebrand #DickAndDom #BoofusAndDiggle 🐙🐰 Write a tweet saying this is the first time they’ve been spending money on the main show during it’s break 📢 Did you know? This summer marks the FIRST time CVTV has ever spent money on the main show during its break! Get ready for an incredible rebrand and the relaunch of Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow starting August 17th! 🚀🎉 #CVTVRebrand #DickAndDom #BoofusAndDiggle 🐙🐰 Write a convo asking if the website will remove the TMi page with the redesign User1: With the CVTV rebrand happening soon, do you think they’ll remove the TMi page from the website? User2: That’s a good question. They might clean up the site to better align with the new branding and focus. TMi was only a temporary summer replacement after all. User3: I bet they will. Since Vortexx took over this year and it’s not on right now, it wouldn’t make sense to keep the TMi page up with the new redesign. User4: Yeah, I agree. They’ll likely update the website to reflect the current lineup and new changes. Plus, with Boofus and Diggle becoming the new mascots, they might want to streamline everything. User5: I wonder if they’ll save the page in some sort of archive section though, for nostalgia’s sake. It was part of CVTV’s history, even if just for a summer. User1: That would be cool. I just hope the redesign makes everything look cohesive. It’ll be interesting to see how they manage all the new changes while phasing out older content. User2: True. But considering how thorough they’ve been with the rebrand preparations, I’m sure they’ve got it all planned out. Excited to see the new site! 🚀📺 User3: Same here. I’m sure the rebrand will look great and be well-organized. August 17th can’t come soon enough! 🎉 Write a convo saying the webpage did make it out as if TMi would continue in some capacity, there was a Xmas special and a brief Friday afternoon show for February, but nothing since, Confirmation on it’s fate User1: So did anyone notice the webpage kind of made it seem like TMi would continue in some capacity? There was a Christmas special and a brief Friday afternoon show in February, but nothing since. Any idea what’s going on? User2: Yeah, I noticed that too. It almost looked like TMi had a future lined up, but then it just kind of fizzled out. Maybe the rebrand took priority over it? User3: That’s possible. They might have been testing the waters to see if TMi could find a more permanent spot. But with the new focus on Boofus and Diggle, they probably shifted their resources. User4: I wonder if we’ll get any confirmation about TMi’s fate soon. It’s odd to just have those sporadic specials and then nothing. User5: Maybe they’ll address it after the rebrand? It would make sense to clarify things for fans who’ve been wondering about TMi. User1: I hope so. The Christmas special and Friday show were fun, but it’s weird not knowing if it’s coming back or not. User2: Exactly. It would be great to get some closure or at least an update. Here’s hoping we hear something soon. User3: Fingers crossed! For now, let’s just look forward to the rebrand and see how everything unfolds. 🚀📺 User4: Definitely. I’m sure they’ll give us some updates once the dust settles from the rebrand. Can’t wait to see what CVTV has in store! 🎉 Write a follow up where we get confirmation on it’s future/fate User1: Guys, we finally got some news about TMi! CVTV just posted an update about its future. 🎉 User2: Oh wow, what did they say? Is TMi coming back? User3: Spill the details! I’ve been wondering about this for ages. User4: Same here! What’s the scoop? User1: They confirmed TMi will not be making a return. 😔 They’ve decided to focus fully on the new rebrand and the upcoming content featuring Boofus and Diggle. It’s official now. User5: That’s a bummer. I really enjoyed TMi, especially those specials. But I guess it makes sense with all the new changes they’re rolling out. User2: Yeah, it’s disappointing, but at least we have clarity now. They seem pretty committed to making the new CVTV experience amazing. User3: True, it’s good to have some closure. And the new focus on Boofus and Diggle does look promising. Here’s to the new era of CVTV! User4: Totally. While I’ll miss TMi, I’m excited to see what the future holds for the channel. 🚀📺 User1: Agreed. Let’s hope the new content is as engaging as they’re promising. August 17th can’t come soon enough! 🎉 User5: Here’s to moving forward and enjoying what’s next for CVTV! 🥂 Write a convo saying the TMi page now redirects to this page, Similarly, the Vortexx page now redirects to the page for this show, Font changeover starting on website User1: Hey everyone, has anyone noticed that the TMi page now redirects to the new rebrand page on the CVTV website? User2: Yeah, I saw that! It’s like they’ve consolidated everything to keep it all in one place. Definitely making it clear that TMi is done for good. User3: I also noticed the Vortexx page now redirects to the Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow page. They’re really cleaning up the site for this rebrand. User4: Makes sense, especially with the rebrand happening soon. They’d want everything to be streamlined and current for the big launch. User5: Also, did anyone notice the font on the website starting to change to Harabara? It’s subtle, but I can see the difference already. User1: Yes, I noticed that too! Looks like they’re slowly rolling out the new font across the site before the big on-air switch on August 17th. User2: It’s all coming together. The redesign looks great so far. Can’t wait to see the full rebrand in action! User3: Same here. Even though it’s sad to see some older content phased out, the new look really has a fresh and modern vibe. User4: Absolutely. So excited for what’s next for CVTV. Let’s see how the new branding turns out on-air! User5: Here’s to a new era of CVTV! 🎉🚀📺 Write a convo asking how long the promo endboards will retain the old font for, User1: Hey guys, with the CVTV rebrand happening soon, does anyone know how long the promo endboards will retain the old font? User2: That’s a great question! I’ve noticed some parts of the site and promos still using the old font. Wondering if they’ll update those too. User3: I think they mentioned the full switch to Harabara happening on August 17th, but I’m not sure if that includes all the promo endboards right away. User4: It will probably take some time to roll out the changes completely. They might focus on the most visible areas first and then update the remaining elements gradually. User5: Yeah, that makes sense. They’re likely prioritizing the bigger elements of the rebrand first. The endboards might be the last to get updated. User1: True. I guess they might still use the old font for a bit, especially if they’re already scheduled to air. User2: Probably. I bet by the end of August, everything will be fully updated to Harabara across all their promos and endboards. User3: It’s exciting to see everything change, even if it takes a little while to fully transition. Looking forward to the polished new look! User4: Definitely. I’ll keep an eye out to see when the endboards finally switch over. The anticipation is real! User5: Here’s hoping the changes are seamless and everything looks amazing once it’s fully rolled out. 🚀📺 User1: Thanks for the insights, everyone! Let’s watch closely and see how it all unfolds. 🎉 Write a convo where a user asks if the promos are getting a new style, also new next menus User1: With all the changes happening for the CVTV rebrand, does anyone know if the promos are getting a new style too? And what about those “Next” menus? User2: I’ve been wondering the same thing! If they’re updating everything else, it makes sense that the promos and the “Next” menus would get a facelift as well. User3: I heard they are, actually! The new promos will feature Boofus and Diggle prominently, and the “Next” menus are supposed to be more dynamic and colorful to match the new branding. User4: That sounds awesome! The old style was getting a bit dated. It’ll be nice to see something fresh and modern. User5: Definitely. I’m guessing the new style will kick in right around the rebrand launch on August 17th. They’ll probably roll out the new “Next” menus at the same time. User1: That’s exciting! Boofus and Diggle really seem to be at the heart of this rebrand. I think it’s going to look great. User2: For sure. I’m excited to see how they integrate the new characters into the promos and menus. It’s going to bring a lot of energy to the channel. User3: Agreed. The new menu system sounds like it’ll be a big improvement. More interactive and fun, which is perfect for a kids’ channel. User4: It’s going to make watching CVTV even more enjoyable. It’s clear they’re putting a lot of thought into every aspect of the rebrand. User5: Here’s to a new and improved CVTV! Can’t wait to see it all come together. 🚀📺 User1: Thanks for the info, everyone! Let’s keep an eye out for those new promos and menus. Write a convo asking if any year had 2 Bungalow substitutes, incidentally Ghoulies finished when the current logo came into use in January User1: Quick question for the CVTV history buffs—has there ever been a year where they had two substitutes for Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow? User2: Yes, there was actually! In 2021, they had Rusty and Rosie’s Squirrel Shenanigans as the usual summer replacement and Ross Lee’s Ghoulies from October to January because Dick and Dom were off filming for a new comedy show. User3: And ironically enough, Ghoulies wrapped up right around when the current logo (before the rebrand) came into use in January 2022. It was quite a transitional period for CVTV. User4: That’s right! I remember that time. It was interesting to see how they managed the programming with two different substitutes within the same year. User5: They really kept the viewers engaged with those seasonal changes. Helps to keep things fresh and exciting, I guess. User1: Wow, thanks for the info! Seems like they really know how to juggle different shows and keep things interesting. User2: Definitely. And with the new rebrand and all these changes, it looks like they’re going to keep that trend going. Exciting times ahead! User3: For sure. August 17th is going to bring a whole new era for CVTV. Can’t wait to see everything in action! 🎉🚀📺 User4: Here’s to more exciting programming and successful rebrands! Cheers! 🥂 Write a convo asking what the most successful replacement was, least was Vortexx User1: Hey everyone, in your opinion, what was the most successful replacement for Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow? I personally think Vortexx was the least successful. User2: For me, the most successful one has to be Rusty and Rosie’s Squirrel Shenanigans in 2021. It really connected with the audience and kept the fun, chaotic spirit alive. User3: I agree with User2. Rusty and Rosie were great, but I also enjoyed Mighty Truck of Stuff in 2020. It was a perfect blend of creativity and entertainment, and it had a good response from viewers. User4: Definitely agree that Vortexx was the least successful. It felt more like a filler than a proper replacement show. As for the best, I’d have to go with Ross Lee’s Ghoulies. It was quirky and spooky in a fun way, making it quite memorable. User5: Personally, I think Toonbase deserves a mention. It may have started as a temporary block, but it became permanent because of its popularity. It had a great mix of cartoons that kept viewers hooked. User1: Good points! It seems like the replacements that stayed true to the chaotic and fun nature of Da Bungalow were the most successful. Vortexx just didn’t have that same energy. User2: Exactly. It’s all about capturing that unique Da Bungalow vibe. The more successful replacements managed to do that while bringing something new to the table. User3: I think with the new rebrand and focus on Boofus and Diggle, future replacements will likely be more cohesive and engaging. They seem to be putting a lot of thought into it. User4: Hopefully, the new focus will bring the same excitement and success as the best replacements in the past. Can’t wait to see what they come up with next! User5: Amen to that! Here’s to hoping the new era keeps the spirit of Da Bungalow alive while introducing fresh new content. 🎉🚀📺 User1: Thanks for the insights, everyone! Here’s to a bright future for CVTV and hopefully more successful shows! 🎉Write a convo in May 2025 where Dick and Dom are going on “vacation”, this is what the summer replacement will be… again? At least it aint Vortexx, By the way, Vortexx was practically a glorified Digimon Fusion marathon User1: So, it looks like Dick and Dom are going on “vacation” again this summer. Anyone know what their replacement is going to be this time? User2: Yep, they announced it’s going to be Rusty and Rosie’s Squirrel Shenanigans again! At least it’s not Vortexx. User3: Good ol’ Rusty and Rosie! They’ve proved to be a solid replacement in the past. Remember how fun it was in 2021? User4: For sure! And honestly, anything is better than Vortexx. It was basically just a glorified Digimon Fusion marathon. No contest there. User5: I really enjoy Rusty and Rosie! They bring a lot of fun and energy. I think it’s a safe choice that’s bound to keep viewers entertained. User1: Totally agree. Rusty and Rosie have always captured that lively spirit we love from Da Bungalow. I’m glad they’re sticking around instead of trying something new like Vortexx again. User2: It’s a smart move. They already know Rusty and Rosie work well as a replacement, and it seems like they’re trying to keep the viewers happy. User3: With the way the channel has evolved since last year’s rebrand, they’re probably looking to maintain consistency while Dick and Dom are away. User4: Makes sense! It’s nice to have something reliable, especially during a transitional period. Let’s hope Rusty and Rosie continue to deliver. User5: Absolutely. Here’s hoping they keep the excitement of CVTV alive during the summer months. It sounds like it’s going to be fun! 🚀📺 User1: Can’t wait to see what antics Rusty and Rosie get up to this summer. Here’s to another successful run! 🐿️🎉 Write a tweet saying the show Vortexx was just a marathon of, but with a random Danny Phantom or Battle B-Daman occasioanlly 📺 Fun fact about Vortexx: it was pretty much a marathon of Digimon Fusion, with a random episode of Danny Phantom or Battle B-Daman thrown in occasionally! 😂🎉 #VortexxTrivia #DigimonFusion #ChannelThrowback #CVTV 📡 User3: Since the school show is ending in October, what will replace it, I would like to see History Spies, See You See Me, Most Dangerous Ways To School and Starship (Especially that as the whole dog and rabbit travelling the galaxy teaching us thing was cute) on again. Or will they just drop schools content completely, Even before the Class TV strand ended in 2019 it seemed as though it was only being done due to remit. Also they clearly don’t want this remit anymore. Also not sure why they show cartoons at lunch/break (normally Kikoriki or Spider-Man), I presume after it ends there will be a overhang/highlights show period to allow TSSM to run whatever episodes it has left on the show, Spidey will get a 7pm slot after TS is over, Will miss The School’s humor though, Write a forum convo saying what will happen after it ends, considering their remit, User1: So, with “The School” ending in October, what do you think will replace it? I’d love to see older school shows like History Spies, See You See Me, Most Dangerous Ways To School, and especially Starship back on. Or do you think they’ll just drop schools content completely this time? User2: Good question. Even before the Class TV strand ended in 2019, it seemed like they were only doing it to fulfill their remit. With the channel’s new direction, I wouldn’t be surprised if they move away from schools content entirely. User3: I think they’ll probably have a period where they show highlights or overhang content to let shows like The Spectacular Spider-Man finish their episodes. Maybe Spidey will get a 7pm slot after “The School” is over. User4: Yeah, that makes sense. I wonder if they’ll still show cartoons during the lunch and break slots like they normally do with KikoRiki and Spider-Man. User5: I wouldn’t mind if they did a mix of both—some educational content in the mornings and more cartoons and live shows in the afternoon. It could be a good compromise if they still need to fulfill some part of their remit. User1: I’ll miss “The School’s” humor, though. It added a unique twist to the daytime lineup. But with the rebrand, they clearly want to focus on a different kind of content. User2: True. They seem pretty keen on moving forward with Boofus and Diggle as their new mascots and the revamped Toonbase and other programming blocks. User3: I think the channel might benefit from focusing more on their flagship shows and original content. They’ve already started to phase out older formats, so this could be the next step. User4: We’ll see. Hopefully, they find a good balance that keeps everyone happy. Here’s to a new chapter for CVTV! 🚀📺 User5: Agreed! Let’s see how it all unfolds. Perhaps they’ll surprise us with something innovative and fun to fill the daytime slots. 🤞🎉 Write a follow up revealing the plans, the quota has been shortened to 1 hour, Surprisingly it’s a hour of this show, albeit branded under normal CVTV, After that it cuts to the usual KR/TSSM/FE/HH rotation the channel does normally User1: Guys, I just saw the update about what’s replacing “The School” starting in October. Surprisingly, they’re shortening the quota to just 1 hour of educational content. And get this—it’s going to be an hour of Starship! 🚀🌟 User2: Wow, that’s unexpected! I thought they might drop the schools content entirely. Guess they’re meeting the remit halfway. Albeit it’s branded under normal CVTV. User3: Starship is a great choice, though! The whole tales of Star the Dog, Sky the Dragonfly and Hutch the Rabbit traveling the galaxy teaching us thing was super cute. I’m glad they’re bringing it back. User4: So after that hour of Starship, do they go back to the usual KikoRiki, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Four Eyes, and Horrid Henry rotation? User5: Yep, exactly that. They’ll still show cartoons during the lunch and break slots as usual. It’s a nice blend of educational and entertaining content. User1: That’s cool. It’s a respectful nod to the remit while still keeping the new branding and content focus. It’s interesting to see how they’re managing this transition. User2: Honestly, it’s a pretty smart move. They maintain their educational quota but still get to showcase the flagship shows and new content for the rest of the day. User3: I agree. This way, everyone gets a bit of what they want. I’ll still miss “The School’s” humor, but this seems like a good compromise. User4: Absolutely. And who knows? They might come up with some new and exciting content down the line to keep things fresh and engaging. User5: Here’s hoping for more innovative programming from CVTV. Sounds like they’re on the right track! 🚀📺 User1: Definitely! Looking forward to the new lineup starting in October. Here’s to a balanced and exciting future for CVTV! 🎉 Also I noticed during break just before Kikoriki, Joseph (the presenter) said this exact statement: “Six years ago a brand new TV show was born. It’s mission to entertain, inform and provide a funny look at school and an outlet for your thoughts, hopes, jokes and just about anything else. That show is of course The School, and we’d love to take this opportunity to thank you for being our friend and helping to make us the success that we are today! But now the time has come for us to move on. Just as you’re growing up, starting at new schools, colleges and universities, you’re trying out new things, making new friends and saying goodbye to old, so are we. We’ve had an amazing time doing your fav subjects, talking to you on the phones and giving you the chance to win some amazing prizes along the way. Our last day in class is Friday 11th of October, and I can promise you that we’ll definitely be going out in style, There’s more details about this announcement on our website at vtv.com/cvtv/theschool , so do please check that out if you’ve got time, In the meantime this is still The School and we’re still doing School Our Way, and thank you so much for watching.” They played a brief clip of the song All About You before heading into KikoRiki. Write a convo saying the The School homepage has that exact statement, but says it will redirect to the page for this show in about a week User1: Did anyone else check out “The School” homepage after Joseph’s announcement? It’s got that exact statement he made today! User2: Yes, I saw it too. It feels like a heartfelt way to officially say goodbye to the show. They really are wrapping things up nicely. User3: I noticed at the bottom of the page, they mentioned it will redirect to the Starship page in about a week. Seems like they’re already preparing for the transition. User4: Makes sense, especially with Starship taking over the educational content slot starting in October. I like that they’re keeping everything organized. User5: I really appreciate how they’ve communicated this change. The note about redirecting the page adds closure and helps viewers know what to expect next. User1: Agreed. The goodbye message from “The School” is touching, and it’s nice to have a clear line of sight on what’s happening next. CVTV is handling this transition really well. User2: Yeah, I’ll miss “The School,” but this feels like the right move for both the channel and the viewers. It’s a new chapter for everyone involved. User3: Exactly. I’m curious to see how Starship fits into the mix and how it complements the new content lineup. User4: It’ll be interesting to watch. I’m looking forward to how everything comes together once the changes are fully in place. 🚀📺 User5: Same here. Here’s to new beginnings and exciting times ahead for CVTV!. Did anyone else catch what Joseph said during the broadcast? User2: Yeah, I just saw that too! Joseph had quite the dramatic announcement. He was urging everyone to enter the final prize draw. Then he showed the new page image and said, “So our website has been DELETED! Wanna check out what we’re doing? No, you can’t do that anymore. Wanna catch up with the show online? No, you can’t do that anymore. Wanna enter into our contests? NO YOU CAN’T DO THAT ANYMORE!” User3: Wow, that was intense! It’s like he’s really emphasizing the end of an era for “The School.” The use of “DELETED” just adds to the finality of it all. User4: Right? It definitely drove the point home. I hope they do something special for the last episode. It’s been such a fun ride over the years. User5: Agreed. I’ll miss the unique humor and the connections they built with the audience. This redirect and Joseph’s message really mark the end of a significant chapter. User1: Totally. While I’m excited for the new content with Starship, I’m definitely feeling a bit nostalgic. The School was a staple for so long. User2: Same here. Let’s make sure we catch the final episode and see if there are any surprises in store for us. 🎉📺 User3: Absolutely. It feels bittersweet, but I’m excited to see how CVTV continues to evolve. Here’s to the future! 🚀 User4: Here here! His line about “You can’t do that anymore” seemed pretty definitive. User2: I think it might have been. The way he emphasized it with the bold “DELETED” and the repeated “no you can’t do that anymore” made it feel like a last hurrah for The School. User3: Yeah, it sure seemed like the final word on the matter. I haven’t seen anything else posted, and his message was very clear that the transition was happening. User4: It did come across as a decisive farewell. Joseph even mentioned the final prize draw, which was a big indication that they were wrapping things up for good. User5: I have to admit, it was both funny and a little sad to hear him put it like that. But it definitely drove home the point that they’re moving on. User1: Makes sense. It’s so rare to see such a straightforward announcement, but I guess they wanted to leave no room for speculation. User2: Right? It was both the end and a bit of comic relief in true “The School” style. I’m gonna miss that humor. User3: Same here. It’s bittersweet, but I’m excited to see what they do with Starship. The transition feels like the start of something new. User4: Definitely. While it’s tough to say goodbye, it sets the stage for fresh content and exciting new adventures. User5: Absolutely. User1: Hey everyone, did you check out The School’s homepage? They put up the exact statement Joseph made on air about their last day and plans moving forward. It’s kind of emotional to see it written out. User2: I saw that too! It’s bittersweet. Glad they’re acknowledging the end in such a thoughtful way. The show really meant a lot to many people. User3: I also caught the promo for the final weeks of cartoons. Besides the usual ones we know, they’re adding Viewtiful Joe, Spider Riders, and Monster Allergy. Exciting lineup! User4: Interesting! During the final week and the highlights week, only The Spectacular Spider-Man and Viewtiful Joe will air. Looks like they’re giving a proper send-off to some fan favorites. User5: And did you notice the IDs that playout uses? 6am to 9am and 3pm to 9pm (6am to 7:25am and 9:25am to 9pm on weekends) read “CVTV”, but from 7am to 3pm on weekdays, it used to read “TheSchool”, now it just reads as “Starship”. I’m surprised they changed it this early! User1: Totally noticed that! It makes sense they’d want to phase in Starship’s branding slowly, but it’s a bit surprising they started doing it before The School officially ended. User2: I’m guessing they’re getting everything prepped for a smooth transition. It’s a lot to coordinate, but it seems like they’re handling it well. User3: It’s interesting how they plan ahead with the scheduling and branding. Just goes to show how much thought goes into these transitions. User4: Agreed. I think it’s a good sign that the channel is committed to keeping things organized and clear for viewers. Here’s to a seamless changeover! User5: I’m going to miss The School, but it’s nice to see how much care they’re putting into its final moments. Let’s hope the new lineup is just as enjoyable. 🚀📺 User1: Definitely. I’m looking forward to seeing how everything unfolds. It’s a new chapter for CVTV, and it seems promising! 🎉 User1: Hey everyone, I was curious if anyone else noticed that Digimon Fusion seems to have fizzled out on CVTV. I haven’t seen it in the recent lineups. Did they quietly drop it? User2: Yeah, I noticed that too. Ever since Vortexx ended, Digimon Fusion hasn’t really been highlighted. I wonder if it’s just not part of their main focus anymore. User3: With the recent rebrand and focus on shows like SpongeBob SquarePants and The Spectacular Spider-Man, it feels like Digimon Fusion got pushed to the sidelines. Maybe they decided it wasn’t fitting the new direction. User4: It’s possible they didn’t see the same audience engagement with Digimon Fusion compared to the other flagship shows. It’s a shame, though. It had a loyal fan base. User5: They might have just decided to prioritize more popular or original content that aligns better with their new branding focus with Boofus and Diggle. User1: Makes sense. It’s just weird not seeing it anymore. I guess they’re really committed to this new era for CVTV. User2: True. As much as I miss some of the older programming, the changes they’re making are intriguing. They seem to be all-in on the new look and feel. User3: Yeah, and who knows? Maybe Digimon will make a comeback in some form down the road. For now, it seems they’re focusing on what best fits their current strategy. User4: Agreed. Let’s keep an eye on what they roll out next. It’s exciting to see them evolving, even if it means some old favorites need to take a backseat. Starship programmes on television and radio offer a fresh and fun approach to learning with interactive games and quizzes set against a background featuring quirky characters and clever animation. It's funny and enjoyable to watch, while at the same time giving children the opportunity to practise and remember key elements of the English and Maths curriculum. Karen Johnson, Commissioning Editor for VTV Education, comments: "Traditionally, support materials for Key Stage 1 tests have consisted of trial test papers – not a very enticing proposition for five to seven year-olds. "With Starship, we have set out to create a range of programmes and resources that take on board parents' and teachers' concerns about test preparation being all about dull rote practice. "Starship covers the skills required, but in an informal, motivating and enjoyable context, which means that children can learn without the pressure traditionally associated with tests and exams." Designed to engage and involve the viewers, Starship makes preparing for tests a much less daunting experience. By allowing children to make use of the skills they already have, it also helps build their confidence. Parents and teachers can simply record the programmes so they can watch or listen with their children in their own time. There' s also a child-friendly website at www.vtv.com/starship. Starship has been developed in consultation with teachers and consultants to help meet the requirements of the Key Stage 1 National Tests. Designed for use both at school and home, the television and radio programmes are supported by a range of resources – books, videos and CD-ROMs - allowing parents to help their children consolidate schoolwork at home. I think they did a brief montage of highlights from all the educational shows that were a part of Class TV over the years. It was a nice nostalgic touch. User3: Yeah, and wasn’t there also a thank-you message to all the teachers who used the service over the years? Pretty sure they acknowledged the role educators played in making it successful. User4: That’s right! It was a simple but heartfelt tribute to the whole Class TV journey. It’s always nice to see a channel pay respects to its history and those who contributed to it. User5: I remember something about closing with a message that said something like “Thank you for learning with us” before transitioning to the afternoon lineup. Definitely a memorable way to wrap things up. User1: Sounds like a fitting send-off. It’s always bittersweet to see a part of your childhood or past come to an end, but it’s great that they acknowledged it in style. User2: Totally. It was a wonderful way to conclude and move on to new beginnings, something CVTV seems to handle well with all of their transitions. User3: Absolutely. From what I remember, the airing of Gravity Falls from that day redirects to the most recent airing on the platform. User3: Yeah, looks like only some of them are still available. I know for sure the Pokemon episodes redirect to the most recent ones, as well. User4: I believe some shows like Class TV aren’t available at all. It seems like they weren’t archived, or the rights changed over time. User5: As for other shows, I think the airing of Horrid Henry and Xiaolin Showdown still link to the episodes from that particular day. User1: Interesting! It’s fascinating to see what gets archived and what doesn’t. Any idea why Gravity Falls and Pokemon just redirect to recent airings, though? User2: My guess is that it’s easier to maintain the most current content for popular shows like those, while older airings that aren’t part of an educational or special category might not be as prioritized. User3: That makes sense. Plus, they might want to focus on streaming what’s more relevant or currently licensed, plus maintaining things more in demand. User4: True. It’s probably just a licensing thing or a reflection of what’s popular or requested in present times. Let’s hope some of the classics get more stable archiving soon. User5: Definitely! It’d be great if they could maintain a more consistent archive for nostalgia’s sake. In the meantime, I’ll just keep an eye on what stays available. 📺🎥 User1: Thanks for the insights everyone! Stay tuned for more intergalactic adventures! 🌌📺 #StarshipReturns #ThrowbackTV #CVTV2019 🌟 Final Inanimate Insanity episode (aired on CVTV June 12 2024) The episode starts with Marshmallow grabbing a remote in the start of the episode. Next, Paintbrush, Fan and Test Tube all confront Marshmallow about why she left the show. Paintbrush tells her that she left without anyone telling her. Apple then tells them that in her defense, she told her. Marshmallow then talked about when she wanted to come back to Purgatory Mansion but Paintbrush never listened to her. But Paintbrush then says this was false because if they weren't listening, they'd remember, then lets out a laugh, making everyone stare at them angrily. Paintbrush then sees the issue about Marshmallow leaving. Marshmallow tells Paintbrush that they wanted to be the leader of the team but always had a fire to put out, but Paintbrush tells her that they maybe had one to start. Marshmallow tells them that it was the game for them, like it takes over their entire life. Paintbrush then realises how much it affected Marshmallow and tells her they didn't know how she felt. She tells them that she didn't know either until she started talking with Bow and that leaving it all wasn't an option at all. Later in the video, a cameo of MePhone appeared drawing the members of Spoiled Lemon while humming the tune of Springtastic, but throws the paper away. Paintbrush understands Marshmallow, knowing that it was like they couldn't break the rules and do whatever they wanted. Another cameo of MePhone appeared with him drawing Knife on another paper. Paintbrush further adds that there was like a way they were supposed to act, while MePhone puts Suitcase's paper next to Knife's. Marshmallow adds on that the show brings out the worst in the contestants. This is followed by Apple admitting she can be possessive, and Fan saying he doesn't know if he could stand to see how annoying he was. Marshmallow proceeds to talk about Knife, and the times that he would kill her, shock her, burn her, and threw her across the island for a joke. Bow adds on that the show cost her own life, but before she could talk about what she did to come back, she started screaming again. Fan restates how similar the shrieking sounded to The Baby Shimmer. He turns to Test Tube, noticing she was frightened by something. Test Tube points towards "a new MePhone" standing the hallway, shortly before dying. Back at Meeple Headquarters following just where we left off, Steve Cobs asks Suitcase and Knife if they had any questions about what he had just told them. Knife angrily punches him and breaks his glasses, before being apprehended by 2 MeTags, Cobs brushes this off and asks if MePhone4 is still there, taunting Him a little asking if he'd be more comfortable talking to A.D.A.M. Suitcase is shown to be confused and freaking out a bit, stuttering and questioning the whole thing. She then angrily asks MePhone4 why he made her the way she was, with her struggled with hallucinations before having a bit of an existence crisis questioning if her mind, friends and life are even real. The villan is MePhone4X MePhoneX appears to be the most robotic and mechanical MePhone to date, leaving little to analyze towards his lack of emotion. He does act aggressive, as seen in the post-credits scene in "Hatching the Plan". In "The Reality of the Situation", MePhoneX takes on the role of a mysterious invader, roaming around Hotel OJ and causing the mysterious deaths of numerous contestants, including Pickle, OJ, and Nickel. In "Through No Choice of Your Own", it was revealed that Toilet was controlling MePhoneX the whole time, because Toilet was tricked by Steve Cobs, who, by using A.D.A.M., convinced Toilet to "practice" his assisting skills while controlling the MePhoneX provided to Toilet. The main MePhoneX is shown to be loyal and sacrificial, as he saved Steve Cobs from falling, in exchange for his (MePhoneX's) own life. Deletion[2]/Inanimation: MePhoneX can drain life from objects with his screen or claws, removing their faces and limbs, essentially rendering to just assets. This also prevents them from being brought back to life via the MeLife app in MePhone4. This ability permanently kills the object. The episode ends with the whole II island being deleted, leaving MePhone4 and Steve Cobs, who tells him show's over, Write a forum conversation asking if the show was immediately removed from CVTV after that episode "B-Daman started up the day after, and took the premiere slot", He asks if the rerun slots were kept ot if they were removed Here's a forum conversation based on your description: User1: Hey all, did anyone catch the final episode of Inanimate Insanity on June 12, 2024? Intense stuff! But I'm curious—did CVTV immediately take the show off the air after that episode? User2: Yeah, I watched it! It was quite a finale. From what I’ve heard, CVTV replaced it with Battle B-Daman starting the day after. It took over the premiere slot right away. User3: Wow, talk about a quick switch! Do you know if they kept any rerun slots for Inanimate Insanity after the finale, or was it just removed entirely? User4: I’m pretty sure they removed the reruns too. It seems like they wanted to make a clean break and transition to the new lineup with B-Daman. User5: That makes sense, especially with the rebrand focusing on new and mainstream content. They probably wanted to make room for shows that align more with the current direction. User1: True. It’s kind of disappointing for fans who might have wanted to catch up on older episodes, though. But I suppose it’s part of the channel’s shift. User2: Yeah, it’s always tough when a show ends, especially one as popular as Inanimate Insanity. Hopefully, they’ll find new ways to keep the channel engaging. User3: Agreed. And who knows? Maybe the show will return in some form in the future, or they’ll incorporate some of its elements into new series. User4: Fingers crossed! For now, it looks like CVTV is focused on bringing in new content and making the most of the rebrand. Exciting times ahead! User5: Absolutely. Here’s hoping they continue to deliver interesting and entertaining programming. Can’t wait to see what else they have in store! 🚀📺 Let me know if there are any other details you’d like to include! Write a tweet saying B-Daman took the premiere slot, what shows took the rerun slots 🎯 After the intense II finale, Battle B-Daman swooped in to take the premiere slot on CVTV! As for the rerun slots, looks like The Spectacular Spider-Man, Johnny Test, and KikoRiki have filled in the gaps, keeping the lineup fresh and exciting! 📺✨ #CVTVUpdates #NewLineup #BattleBDaman 🎉 Write a follow up asking if BFDI was removed the same day (despite still have 4 eps to go) 🤔 Curious minds want to know: Was Battle for Dream Island also removed from CVTV on the same day as Inanimate Insanity, even though it still had 4 episodes left? 🪐📺 #CVTVLineup #BFDI #ShowChanges Write a reply User1: Yes, BFDI was surprisingly pulled on the same day! It caught a lot of us off guard since it still had those 4 episodes to go. Seems CVTV is really pushing for a fresh start with the new lineup. 📺🔄 #FreshStart #CVTVChanges Write a conversation asking if they are ever returning, or are they done for good (much like what happened with TTG, TLH and HN User1: Hey everyone, with BFDI and Inanimate Insanity removed from CVTV, do you think there's any chance they might return, or are they done for good? Kind of like what happened with Teen Titans Go!, The Loud House, and Hey Arnold! User2: I’ve been wondering the same thing. It feels like CVTV is really moving on with this new direction, so I’m not sure if they'll bring those shows back anytime soon. User3: It seems unlikely, especially with how they quickly replaced them with new content. CVTV might be focusing on shows that fit their current branding more closely. User4: It’s a shame if they're gone for good, but I think it might also be a sign that they’re investing in bringing fresh material to the channel. Hard to say if they’ll revisit older shows. User5: I wouldn’t completely rule it out—if there’s enough demand from fans, you never know! But for now, it looks like they’re concentrating on what's new and popular. User1: True, it just feels like a sudden cut-off. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if there’s any chance of them coming back in some form. User2: Exactly, and in the meantime, I'm curious to see how these changes shape CVTV’s future. Here's hoping they find a balance that keeps both new and longtime fans happy! 🚀📺 User3: Agreed! Hopefully, they'll continue to create compelling content while keeping an open mind about audience favorites. It’s all about finding that sweet spot. User4: Yes! Let's keep our fingers crossed for more good stuff from CVTV. Whether it’s new or a revival, I’m excited to see what they bring next. 🎉 User5: And if these shows do return eventually, it’ll be a nice surprise for everyone who’s been missing them. User1: We just got some news about Inanimate Insanity! Does anyone know if they'll resolve the cliffhanger, or are they moving on from anything related to II? User2: I saw the update too! It seems that CVTV is moving on from II entirely. No plans to resolve the cliffhanger as of now, unfortunately. User3: That's a bummer for fans hoping for closure, but I guess it fits with their current push for new content. Maybe they have other plans up their sleeve. User4: It’s disappointing, but it sounds like they’re focusing more on moving forward. I wish they’d at least give a proper send-off or explanation about the unresolved storyline. User5: Yeah, it seems like they're sticking to their new vision post-rebrand. Here’s hoping they might revisit it later, but for now, it looks like they’re moving ahead with fresh ideas. User1: I guess it’s part of CVTV’s push for a new lineup, but it’s still hard not to be curious about what could have been. Hopefully, some of the creative energy will be used in their upcoming projects! User2: Exactly, and who knows? Maybe they'll explore similar themes or bring back elements of II in future projects. It's definitely not easy to fully move on when a show ends like that. User3: Agreed! Let’s stay optimistic and keep an eye on what CVTV does next. There are so many possibilities, and the rebrand is just the beginning. 🚀📺 User4: Totally! It’s an exciting time for the channel, and while it’s sad to see some shows go, there’s still a lot to look forward to. User5: Absolutely. Here’s hoping for new adventures and maybe even some nods to the past along the way. Cheers to the evolving world of CVTV! 🎉🌟
