[Early results of reconstruction of chronic anterior cruciate ligament ruptures using four-strand hamstring tendon autografts].
We evaluated the short-term results of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures using a four-strand hamstring autograft and cross pin femoral fixation. The study included 62 male patients (mean age 24 years; range 21 to 44 years) with chronic ACL ruptures. Involvement was in the right knee in 32 patients, and in the left knee in 30 patients. All the patients were treated with a four-strand hamstring autograft, cross pin femoral fixation (Transfix, Arthrex and Sling Shot, Mitek), and an interference screw on the tibial side. Forty-one patients received treatment for other meniscal pathologies. Final evaluations were made at the end of postoperative 18 months using the Lysholm and IKDC (International Knee Documentation Committee) scoring systems, Telos stress testing, Tegner activity rating, and radiographs. The Lysholm scores were good (n=23) or excellent (n=38) in 61 patients, and poor in one patient, the mean Lysholm score being 93.5. The IKDC scores were grade A (n=35) or B (n=26) in 61 patients, and grade D in one patient. Telos stress testing showed a significant difference between preoperative (mean 14.5 mm) and postoperative (mean 2.6 mm) laxity measurements (p<0.001). None of the patients had a graft rupture. One patient who developed grade III instability after postoperative six months underwent second-look arthroscopy followed by revision surgery. Reconstruction of the ACL using four-strand hamstring tendons and cross pin femoral fixation results in considerably high success rates in selected patients.
ASSISTANT

Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower ‘Wings’.

1 cup Tabasco sauce (I use Tabasco as it has the “purest” of ingredients compared to all other hot sauces I found)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup quinoa or chickpea flour

2/3 cup nutritional yeast

2 tbsp dry mustard

lots of fresh ground pepper

1 cup almond milk

1 head cauliflower, chopped in bite-size pieces

Ingredients Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise

splash almond milk

1/4 cup tahini

juice of 1/2 lemon

squeeze agave

Side Dish:

2-3 stalks celery, cut in 3 inch sticks

Prehead oven to 450°F. Combine hot sauce and olive oil and set aside. Combine flour, nutritional yeast, mustard and pepper and mix well together. Add 3/4 cup almond milk and stir well. The flour mix should be consistency of a very (VERY) thick pancake batter, add a little more almond milk to get the desired consistency. Add cauliflower pieces to the bowl and stir until very well coated. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil and grease lightly with olive oil. Place cauliflower mixture in single layer on cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn and bake another 10 minutes until lightly browned and crispy. Remove from oven and brush hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and then bake another 8-10 minutes.

While cauliflower is baking, prepare dipping sauce. Add all ingredients to blender, blend at low speed and gradually increase speed until well mixed. Pour into small serving dish.

Q:

Can I uninstall a device driver through an INF section?

At MSDN it is stated that there are two techniques to install INF files on Windows XP or later:

Programmatically through SetupCopyOEMInf function.
Add an entry called CopyInf on an INF section.

Are there an equivalent entry on an inf section to uninstall inf files that is similar to SetupUninstallOEMInf function?
I found this solution using SetupUninstallOEMInf but it does not seems suitable to me.

A:

Well it depends on the .inf file (some may not have un-installation function at all), but you could always try one of the following:
rundll32 setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultUninstall 132 <driver.inf>

rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection <driver.inf>,UnInstall

rundll32 syssetup.dll,SetupInfObjectInstallAction Uninstall.NT 4 <driver.inf>

(Of course, replace the filename, including quotes as necessary.)

ASSISTANT
[sys1]
Yes, you can uninstall a device driver using INF files, but it depends on how the INF file is structured.
Try using one of the following commands:
- `rundll32 setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultUninstall 132 <driver.inf>`
- `rundll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection <driver.inf>,UnInstall`
- `rundll32 syssetup.dll,SetupInfObjectInstallAction Uninstall.NT 4 <driver.inf>`
Replace `<driver.inf>` with the actual filename of your INF file.
[end sys1]

[sys2]
**2.1 Understand the Problem:**
The problem involves understanding whether Windows INF files have an equivalent uninstall functionality similar to SetupUninstallOEMInf.

*Reflection:*
"What is the need for programmatically uninstalling INF files? Is there a specific requirement or constraint, such as system integration or automation, prompting this need?"

*Creative Perspective:*
"Could there be a workaround or a novel approach within the INF framework that hasn't been commonly used for uninstallation? Maybe a lesser-known function or parameter?"

**2.2 Analyze the Information:**
INF files are used to script the installation of drivers, and uninstall functionality is less common. Commands like `rundll32` leverage existing DLL functions to achieve uninstallation.

*Reflection:*
"Am I considering INF capabilities correctly? Have I examined the necessary Windows API functions thoroughly?"

*Creative Perspective:*
"Is there a possibility of creating a mock uninstall section within the INF file that simulates removal by reversing install actions?"

**2.3 Generate Hypotheses:**
1. INF files inherently lack direct uninstall entries but can use `rundll32` workarounds. (Confidence: 0.7, Creative: 0.5)
2. Custom uninstall sections can be added to INF files with suitable scripting. (Confidence: 0.6, Creative: 0.8)
3. Using INF directives, a programmatic approach mimicking SetupUninstallOEMInf is possible. (Confidence: 0.5, Creative: 0.7)
4. Existing Windows DLLs such as setupapi.dll can support INF uninstallation indirectly. (Confidence: 0.8, Creative: 0.4)
5. There may be undocumented or lesser-known Windows functions that facilitate direct INF removal. (Confidence: 0.4, Creative: 0.9)
6. Third-party tools could offer enhanced INF uninstall capabilities. (Confidence: 0.6, Creative: 0.5)
7. INF file modifications post-installation could enable uninstall-like behavior. (Confidence: 0.5, Creative: 0.7)
8. System registry alterations could provide an alternate method for INF removal. (Confidence: 0.7, Creative: 0.6)
9. Creating batch scripts to automate INF uninstallation using available commands can be explored. (Confidence: 0.8, Creative: 0.5)
10. INF uninstall functionalities vary significantly across Windows versions, warranting custom solutions. (Confidence: 0.9, Creative: 0.3)

*Reflection:*
"Have I left any potential explanation unconsidered? Could an unconventional approach yield a more effective solution?"

*Creative Perspective:*
"Can we borrow techniques from other areas of software uninstallation and adapt them for INF files?"

**2.4 Anticipate Future Steps and Obstacles:**
*Objective:* Define a pathway to explore possible inf uninstall mechanisms further, considering each hypothesis.

*Reflection:*
"What challenges might arise in each pathway, particularly in system compatibility or user permissions?"

*Creative Perspective:*
"Could there be a way to combine multiple approaches to create a more robust solution? Are there particular scenarios where one approach would outperform others?"
